Consultations for the threatened closure of ticket offices in England’s train stations has started. This has severe implications for disabled passengers.

Transport For All have created a template letter of objection and provided the email addresses for each open consultation. The letter draws on concerns from across the Disabled community which we have already set out in detail and has been updated to reflect the proposals announced.

We need to speak out now – Consultations will only be open for 21 days, and each Train Operating Company will be submitting proposals separately, meaning there will be multiple email addresses to send objections to.
