We will be running a series of questions on our Active Independence PA Facebook page (and copied to the PA WhatsApp group) during January to provide us with real feedback from PAs to help develop our “Being a PA”  Workshops which we will be delivering in March.

The questions are:

• What is the most fulfilling aspect of your job?
• What do you wish you had been told when you first started as a PA?
• Do you have any questions around the contacts and PA paperwork?
• Does your employer have up to date Risk Assessments?
• What are your top three challenges working as a PA?
• Any areas of guidance you would like dealing with employers?
