Being A Good Employer
This course follows on from How to Recruit Your PA. It builds on the knowledge and skills gained from that course.
By the end of this free online course you will be able to:
- To understand the important of making a good start
- To know about giving your PA ongoing support, training and understanding infection control
- To recognise difficulties that may arise in the PA / employer relationship
- To gain confidence in resolving difficulties and issues
The course consists of series of short sections. Each contains information on a topic and some ask you to look a issue and think about you might respond. On completion you will unlock the next unit. The whole course should take no more than hour or two to complete. You don't have to do it all in one go, your progress is saved as you go along, and you can pick up at any time.
When you have finished you can download a signed certificate of completion.
