I have over 18 years experience in working with children and young people both mainstream and with disabilities my background being mainly in autism and other learning difficulties from mild to severe and all aspects of challenging behaviours,
Fully trained in all areas inc medication, health and safety, first aid, managing challenging behaviour, restraint training to name a few (i have a big list of qualifications all certified)
Worked for the hesley group 2001 to 2008 support worker, senior support worker and assistant manager, lifeways community care 2008 to 2010 team manager, Doncaster childrens service trust 2010 to present night care officer
