I am a hardworking person who thrives from the day to day challenges of working with individuals with different needs, supporting them to access education, days out and enabling them to develop within their day to day lives to succeed to the best of their abilities. I am patient and thorough throughout my day to day tasks and enjoy working in an environment where every day is different, being able to adapt to situations as they develop. I am able to work as part of a team to provide the best support to individuals, sharing opinions and working together as well as being competent lone working and using my initiative to deal with any circumstances which may arise.
