I will support me at home in the kitchen with cooking meals, laundry, cleaning around the house and general domestic duties. I need help with shopping so I must have a support worker with a car. I attend music sessions for learning disabled adults on Monday and Friday and need picking up at 3pm and taking home where you would make dinner.
