I am a woman with complex needs,Autism. physical health disability and mental health problems.

I am currently waiting for a power chair which I need for postural problems caused by an injury I also suffer from chronic pain which makes daily tasks too difficult for me to do.

I need support to go to my hydrotherapy twice a week and support to attend appointment at the hospital etc.

I also need help with household tasks and management or the house, washing, shopping some personal care when showering or in the bath for safety issues.

I would like someone who wants set hours per week, some flexibility will be required when I take breaks etc, I will do my best to keep the hours the same each week.

Continuity is important to me and so I punctuality and professionalism,,

I look normal but I am very limited physically and mentally as to what I can achieve I would like a PA to be supportive and understanding, willing to learn.

I am training myself up to be a professional singer so I would like my PA to be open to supporting me when I go on gigs.

I am also keen on regaining my independence in the community once I have my power chair I will need a lot of support with this.
