I have 20 years experience working within health and social care setting of RMBC working with young people, adults and older people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.
I have worked in day care settings, supported living and management of community support services.
Currently I work as Personal Assistant/Support Worker giving social and daily living support.
I am honest, trustworthy, caring and competent. Treating everyone with dignity and respect I am professional and uphold complete confidentiality . I offer a personalised service and can work towards clients personal goals and care plans. I am used to problem solving and can 'think on my feet'. I have excellent communication skills and am used to working alongside families and professionals alike. I am happy working as part of a team or alone.
I can strongly evidence my own ongoing professional development and am willing to have further training should this be required.
