I have had over 34 years experience of working in different areas of the care sector. To be able to support a person to be as independent as possible whilst encouraging and reassuring them is part of my role. Every person is different regardless of abilities, disabilities. To build a trustful relationship with the person I am supporting. To be able to communicate with people on all different levels. To work alongside everyone who is involved in a particular persons care. I have supported people with complex needs, dementia, physical disability, mental disability , palliative care and autism. A little about myself. I have a great sense of humour , love anything to do with nature, love all animals even spiders. I like to be creative and do different types of craft work.
