Hello
I'm Ben father of 3 , my eldest child has ADHD, sensory needs and complex learning difficulties she is a vibrant funny and I along with my wife have took care of her, her whole life. We have instilled confidence in her and she is a well rounded girl who is now making sustainable friendships making her more comfortable with social interactions.

After a long spell of volunteering I have just accepted a position at Project 6 , where I will be a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker. This is a role I've been doing a as a volunteer where I relish the opportunity to help people bring positive changes in their lives, as we instill hope and encourage service users to help themselves in a calm, safe, peer supported environment.

I have this week also accepted a role through active independence to be a support PA for an autistic girl, helping integrate in to society, socialise with her and encourage her with activities that will learn her important life skills for her later life.

Lastly I have many interpersonal skills, I'm calm, approachable, caring, supportive and empathic. I have many skills that encourage people to bring out the best in their selves , I really feel people matter, we all matter .
