PAs in Rotherham – Covid Booster Vaccine

NHS England are asking all frontline care workers to have a 3rd dose, booster, Covid-19 vaccine.
We have been asked by Prevention and Early Intervention (RMBC) to collect details from any PAs in Rotherham who would like access this booster.

In order to qualify you must:

  • Have had dose 1 and 2 of the covid vaccine
  • Be working as PA in Rotherham

If you would like to access the booster, you need to provide us with the following information (as requested by CCG):

  • Your full name (including title)
  • Date of Birth
  • NHS number
  • A contact mobile number (the CCG will be sending a text link to book your appointment)
  • Your gender
  • Your postcode

What to do next

If you have not already received a email from us inviting you to access the vaccine, you can still request it by sending us a email before Tuesday 21st SEPTEMBER:

Arranging your appointment

We must collate and send all the details of any PAs interested in accessing the booster to the CCG by FRIDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER. We can not provide any additional requests after this date.  They will then contact you directly to arrange an appointment.

ID Badges

If you still need a ID Badge to show you are an eligible worker, we will be ordering another batch of free photo ID Badges.
