Mark Bates ltd (Premier) who provide independent living insurance, are wanting to help people who employ PAs from across the country to share their experiences and support each other.

They have set up a Facebook page and web pages which have lots of very useful documents and resources to help in being a safe and responsible employer.
The aims of the Individual Employer (IE) network are as follows;

• To bring individual employers together to share ideas, share issues and support each other
• To enable a coherent and collective voice for individual employers in the DP sector and beyond
• To engage with other local groups and employer networks to share good practice
