I have 20 years experience in Health and Social care, I have worked with the elderly, autism, severe challenging behaviour, mental health and am now Team Leader @ Lifeways community care where I support people with all kinds of disabilities who live in the community. I also manage and support my team of support workers. I attend all professional meetings with my service users, and support them in their daily lives.
