I am a reliable, responsible and hardworking young individual with good communication skills and the ability to get along with people very easily. I have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, am friendly, helpful, outgoing, patient and I am full of fresh, new ideas. I have previous experience of working with people with challenging behaviours. I am very keen to learn and I always work to the best of my ability to complete any task given to me. I can work as part of a team or independently using my own initiative.
