Description

A 1 day (12 hour shift) The shift starts 8.00 hrs. and finishing 20.00 hrs. The day worked is flexible and involves awareness of the clients needs and an ability to motivate, with sensitivity.

Experience as a lone worker is essential.

As part of their continuing professional development Support Workers will be encouraged to attend relevant courses such as the one listed below.
Ncfe. Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems.
