Description

A new PA is required to join a team of PAs who support an older disabled teenager be an active independent young lady! She has complex needs and limited mobility but manages immensely well with the support from her assistants. She is on the autistic spectrum also so requires routine and efficient help.

The current role will cover from 4pm - 8pm Tues - Fri, and some adhoc daytime during college term time and additional day times during college holidays.
The applicant must also be flexible to cover holiday and absences.

The evening role will be general personal care (showering/meds/settling for bed), caring for her room, helping with maintaining her medications, supplies and appointments etc

The ideal person will be proactive, good sense of humour, good communicator and want to encourage her into getting out and enjoying life!
