A disabled man requires support to help him live independently with dignity and respect and to get out and lead a more active, social life.
Support required with bathing and dressing; meal preparation; prompting with medication and blood tests; attending appointments and outings; basic household tasks.

24 hours available, probably split between 2 PAs.
Times:
1 hour mornings and evenings to help get up and back to bed.
12 – 14 hours to be used more flexibly as discussed with PAs.

Ideally PAs will have experience of supporting people with diabetes, sight loss and able to manoeuvre a wheelchair whilst out and about. PAs will need to be reliable, understanding and trustworthy, have absolute respect for confidentiality and agree to attend training on transgender issues.
